Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a session or using this website. By making an enquiry or booking a session with Healing by Aisha, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. About us

Healing by Aisha is a holistic wellness practice operated by Aisha Winzenried. Enquiries: connect@healingbyaisha.com.

2. Not medical advice

The services offered by Healing by Aisha — including energy healing, manifestation coaching, and EFT tapping — are complementary wellness practices. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescribed medication, please consult your GP or a qualified medical professional before beginning any wellness programme. Nothing on this website or communicated during sessions constitutes medical advice.

3. Bookings and payment

All sessions are confirmed by written agreement (email) following an initial enquiry. Payment terms, rates, and accepted methods will be communicated at the point of booking. A session is not confirmed until payment or a payment agreement has been received.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

• 48+ hours' notice — full refund or free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours' notice — 50% of the session fee is retained; the remainder is refunded or credited.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show — the full session fee is retained.

We understand that emergencies happen. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

5. Online sessions

Online sessions are conducted via a video platform agreed with you at the time of booking. You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection and a private, comfortable space. Healing by Aisha is not responsible for technical issues on your end, but will offer a rescheduled session if a significant technical failure prevents the session from taking place.

6. Health and safety disclosures

You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session so that practices can be adapted for your safety. Healing by Aisha reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if it is assessed to be unsafe.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, illustrations, and design — is the property of Healing by Aisha or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Healing by Aisha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in sessions. Our total liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Testimonials and results

Any testimonials or case studies on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Wellness outcomes vary from person to person.
